Dirk Schekerka

Having many years of working experience within the consulting and corporate finance sector, today, Dirk Schekerka is a director of a German subsidiary of a multinational private equity company based in London. Prior to this, Schekerka spent three years with a corporate finance boutique, based in Hamburg, as a director involved in sourcing and processing private equity transactions. He holds a masters degree in National Economics from the University of Hamburg. Schekerka supports ARIAD in all areas related to the growth of the company.

Dieter Engelke

As a shareholder of ARIAD Asset Management, Dieter Engelke supports the company in the areas of tax advice and wealth management. In his capacity as Managing Director of a renowned tax consultancy based in Hamburg, he advised the members of a well-known family holding substantial assets, on all their tax, financial and asset management issues.

Alfred Möckel

As a renowned investment banking and asset management expert, Alfred Möckel plays an important role as a shareholder of ARIAD. Thanks to his many years of experience, he provides decisive input for new developments. In his career, he has served on the Management Board of: Morgan Stanley Bank AG, BHF BANK AG, Consors Discountbroker AG, and Consors Capital Bank AG, where he was Chairman of the Management Board. In addition, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of: Frankfurt Trust, BHF Investment / Luxemburg, BHF Securities / New York and he was a member of the Supervisory Board of other companies, including: Alte Leipziger Trust, and Deutsche Börse AG.
